Tricks of the Trade..

Being a Small business owner involved with a Company that has so many fantastic & Successful Consultant, I always wonder.. How do I get to their Position? How do I make my mark? What do they know that I don't?. Well, I don't even know how to answer those questions; Those questions that would seem so simple. We are in different positions in life too which changes the impact we have on our own Businesses. For example, I am a stay at home Mom.. My Main focus in life are my Children. Though I would Love to take every minute of my day to Grow my business It's just not possible right now. There are other Consultants who are able to focus all of their time & Effort on their business (My do I envy them!).. I know what I am doing (Raising my children) Will make a positive impact to the world, I am proud to be a stay at home Mom.. I know my Business will take off eventually, & Until then I will keep working hard. I will keep changing, Growing, Improving.. That's all I can do. 

I absolutely Love my Job. Scentsy has been a blessing in my life & I couldn't be happier with what I am doing. My Family is proud of me, & I am proud of myself. There is nothing better than following your dreams.. Moving mountains! & Bringing other people along with me. This is why I always mention Joining my Team.. Because YES it is a Team, But it is also a FAMILY! This business can change your life if You give it the proper chance. You will never know unless you try. I changed my mind a few times before I finally decided to jump right in.. I actually DOVE in! I found that I was EXTREMELY Excited for this journey! Once I was in, I was Ready to make an Impact. 

The Moral of the Story is.. What are the Tricks of the Trade? 

Well.. Just being who you are, Being excited, Being motivated, Trying everything you can to be noticed, Listening and learning from those who are successful... My oh My, There is so much more! Just dive in! Be ready to make an Impact in not only your life but so many others.
