Yet another young Person passes away too soon.. A Son, A Brother, A Friend, A Grandson. I remember seeing this young man in the Halls of my High School.. I can't remember meeting him because High school was 7 years ago. But one day He is alive & the Next he is gone.. Missing from his families lives forever. His Family will feel the pain of his passing for as long as they live & My heart goes out to them all. His friends will miss him as well. on the early Morning of Thursday November 14th (2:50 am) Nicholas Lloyd Walrath lost control of his Vehicle & Slammed into a tree then through a Cinder Block Wall.. He was Traveling at an excessive speed of 100 mph.. Nicholas died at the Scene. I'm sorry to blog about tragedies such as these, because I know it upsets a lot of people, Some people refuse to see Stories such as these because they don't want to feel the pain that they know this family is feeling.. But I feel it is good to share because it Could possibly save a life. Nicholas was Only 26 Years old (Exactly My age, He went to my High School, Lived in my Town.. So this Hits home). The Dangers of Speeding is obvious, But we often deny that these sorts of Tragedies could ever happen to us or to our Children.. But unfortunately it does. I would never blame the parenting of this young Mans mother & Father for the loss of their son.. I am sure they gave many speeches about the dangers of speeding. So now it's our job to do the same for our children.. We need to teach them the ways of the road in order to save them. Even if it requires us to show them these tragic stories. As parents we have the power to change the world.. The power to guide the new generation in the right direction. Todays Blog is to Celebrate a Young mans Life who was Taken from his family & friends too soon.. Todays Blog is something we all need to feel. Remember the Fallen, & Cherish the living. My Heart goes out to Nicholas's family.
